These posts are specifically routed for our AFC-373 privacy vinyl fences! They're 5" long by 5" wide by 96" tall and .150" thick. They are routed for 1-3/4" wide by 5-1/2" tall pocket rails. The top hole starts 2" from the top of the post with 59" between the two routes. If you're looking to replace your old fence post with this post, but your post does not have the same measurements, this post will not work; you'll need to contact us so we can send you a post cut sheet to fill out.
End posts are used where the fence run ends, whether at a gate, up against the building, or stops completely. These are routed on one side to receive rails.
Line posts are used where in between ends and corners where there's continuous panels (panel on each side of the post). These are routed on two sides opposite of each other to receive rails.
Corner posts are used where the fence turns 90-degrees (or close to) and continues on. These posts are routed on two sides perpendicular to each other to receive rails.
